My stay at the Mandarin Oriental was fantastic overall. The rooms had a stunning view across the bay and were very comfortable and well-appointed, making it a perfect location for sightseeing. However, they could use a refresh. The service was extremely kind, attentive, and mannerly, with staff going out of their way to assist frustrated customers. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, and the views across the water were fabulous. The dining experience was a mix of lavish and chaotic, providing a wide choice but needing more variety. The facilities were good and well-maintained.

Upon arrival, we had some difficulty with room readiness despite our early check-in, but once settled, the room was very spacious and clean, equipped with amenities like a refrigerator. The service was exceptional, especially with accommodating our bed requests for the kids. The location was superb, just a short walk from Marina Bay Sands and connected to Marina Square mall.
